What does made to order mean?+
Nothing is cut until you order it. Your garment is made for you after we confirm the order, which is why it takes days rather than hours — and why nothing we cut is wasted.
How long does an order take?+
Ready-to-order garments are cut and finished within 12 days of order confirmation, then shipped. Bespoke takes 21 days from your consultation, including measurement.
What fabrics do you use?+
One hundred percent natural fibres only — long-staple organic linen, handloom cotton muslin, handspun khadi, and hemp-linen. No polyester, no synthetics, ever, including in the packaging.
What is the Air Gap?+
The Air Gap is the mathematically calculated void between the fabric and your skin — from 1.8 cm on the Anchor Jacket to 5.2 cm on the Meridian Robe. It is engineered into every silhouette so heat leaves, air returns, and the body stops noticing the cloth.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Shipping is complimentary worldwide with no minimum order. Within India, 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; internationally, 5 to 12 working days depending on customs. Duties outside India are payable by the recipient.
What is your returns policy?+
Because each piece is cut to order, we offer remakes and alterations rather than disposal returns. Within 14 days of arrival, if it doesn't fit we alter or recut it at our cost, including return shipping. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced immediately.
How do I choose my size?+
Measure your body rather than a garment you already own — the ease is already built into the cut, so do not size up for a looser fit. Between two sizes, take the smaller for shirts and kurtas, the larger for outer layers. Or choose bespoke and skip the size chart entirely.
Do you make bespoke garments?+
Yes. Bespoke is cut to twenty-two measurements taken seated and standing, with the fibre, weave and air gap chosen for your body and your climate. Twenty-one days from consultation to delivery.
Where are the garments made?+
Everything is made in India, by hand, in small batches. The fabric library includes handloom cloth woven on traditional looms.
How do I care for natural fibres?+
Cold wash, mild soap, line dry. Natural fibres soften and settle with wear — slubs, creases and the gentle fading of plant dyes are characteristics of the material, not defects. We call it the patina of ease.
