Shipping & delivery.

Nothing is made until you order it. That is why our garments take days rather than hours — and why nothing we cut is wasted.

Making time

• Ready to order — cut and finished within 12 days of order confirmation.
• Bespoke — 21 days from your consultation, including measurement and fitting.

We confirm every order personally before cutting begins. If a fabric is temporarily unavailable we tell you before we take payment, never after.

Delivery

• Shipping is complimentary, worldwide. There is no minimum order.
• Within India — 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• International — 5 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on customs.

Every parcel is tracked. You receive the tracking reference by email on the day it leaves the atelier.

Duties & taxes

Prices include GST for orders within India. For international orders, any customs duty or import tax levied by the destination country is payable by the recipient. We declare every parcel accurately and at full value.

The parcel itself

Unbleached kraft board, blind-debossed. A muslin wrap. Water-activated paper tape. A raw swatch of your garment’s own fabric. No plastic — not in the garment, not in the parcel.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed, damaged in transit, or arrives incomplete, write to hello@elementsofvayana.com and we will replace or remake it at our cost. We do not ask you to argue with a courier on our behalf.
